Snaps of my food for today (except brunch – I ate it too fast!)
Brunch (not pictured): 3 egg omelette with spinach, mushrooms and 35g red leicester (1 syn + HEA) with spicy baked beans and a muller light.
Snack before college – ham sandwich (HEB) with tomato and cucumber (no spread)
College snacks – 2 clementines, 2 bottles of still water and a latte (1 syn) with sweetener.
SW hotpot (1 syn) with roast sweet potatoes, green beans, sprouts and broccoli – eyes too big for my mouth here, even if I was starving!
