Hi guys,
It’s been a while since I’ve done a meal plan and I’ve had a crazy start to the week so I have a half week meal plan until Sunday 🙂
Breakfasts:
– scrambled egg with spinach and cherry tomatoes
– granola and yoghurt
– poached eggs on toast
Lunches:
– Leftover pizza (not the best, I know!)
– Stir fried broccoli and rice
– Steamed fish and vegetables
Dinners:
– Dinner out with my sister on Thursday
– Sushi
– Poached chicken and Chinese leaf
– Steamed fish and vegetables
Snacks:
– Fruit
– Honey almonds
I’m going to try very very hard to get back into the swing of things with my food log. I’ve become such a lazy blogger but I’m back on it!
